Responsible AI Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy sets out the principles RHM Digital follows when designing, operating, and improving the AI features inside our platform, and the boundaries we place on how the platform may be used. It works alongside our AI Disclaimer, AI Transparency Statement, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Purpose limitation
RHM Digital's AI features exist for one purpose: helping businesses understand and improve how they appear in AI generated answers. We do not build or offer AI features for unrelated purposes such as profiling individuals, automated hiring decisions, credit scoring, or biometric identification.
2. Prohibited use cases
Consistent with our EU AI Act risk classification, the following use cases are prohibited on RHM Digital:
- Recruitment, HR screening, or employee monitoring decisions
- Credit scoring or creditworthiness assessment
- Medical diagnosis or clinical decision support
- Legal, judicial, or government decision-making
- Education grading or admissions decisions
- Biometric identification or categorization
- Social scoring of individuals or groups
- Emotion recognition
We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used for a prohibited purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy for enforcement details.
3. Human oversight by design
Every AI generated output in RHM Digital is presented as a suggestion for a human to review, not as an automated action. Boost Action templates, suggested prompts, and AI summaries are informational. You always decide what to publish, send, or change based on them.
4. Accuracy and honesty about limitations
We do not overstate what our AI features can do. Scores, sentiment readings, and citation tracking are estimates based on sampled AI conversations at a point in time, not a guarantee of how every real user's AI assistant will respond. See our AI Literacy page for known limitations.
5. Vendor selection
We route AI calls through established providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, via OpenRouter) and review their published safety and data handling practices before adding a model to the platform. We reserve the right to add, remove, or change supported AI providers or models as the market evolves.
6. Continuous review
As regulation and industry practice around AI evolves, we review this policy and our internal AI governance controls at least annually, and sooner if a material change to an AI provider or applicable law requires it.
