Data Retention Policy

This policy explains how long RHM Digital retains different categories of data and supplements our Privacy Policy. We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Retention periods

Account data
For the life of your account
Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Workspace data (prompts, competitors, settings)
For the duration of your subscription
Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Visibility scan results
Subscription duration plus 90 days
Purged on a rolling basis after that window
Billing and invoice records
7 years
Statutory Dutch tax and accounting retention obligation
Support and audit log entries
90 days
Retained for security and troubleshooting purposes
Marketing consent records
Until consent is withdrawn
Kept only to honor opt-out and legal obligations

Early deletion

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time from your Settings page, or by contacting info@rhmdigital.com. Some records, such as invoices, must be retained even after a deletion request due to statutory retention obligations.

Backups

Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period after deletion before being fully purged, in line with normal backup rotation practices.
