AI Transparency Statement

Last updated: July 2026

RHM Digital is built around artificial intelligence. This statement explains, at a policy level, how we disclose that use to you, how AI generated content is labeled inside the product, and what role humans play in reviewing AI output. For the technical inventory of individual AI systems and their risk classification, see our AI Disclaimer. For guidance on interpreting AI output responsibly, see our AI Literacy page.

1. Disclosure of AI use

RHM Digital is, by design, an AI visibility platform. We use third-party large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, accessed through OpenRouter) to simulate how AI systems talk about your brand, and we use AI to summarize measurement data into readable insights and recommended actions. We disclose this use openly in our marketing materials, our product interface, and this legal center, rather than only in fine print.

2. Labeling of AI generated content

Inside the product, content that originates from an AI model is visually distinguished from content that is a calculated metric or a fact you entered yourself. This applies to, among other things:

  • AI answer excerpts shown per prompt and per model
  • AI generated summaries of your visibility results
  • AI suggested Boost Action templates and example content
  • AI suggested competitors, topics and test prompts during onboarding

3. Human oversight and control

RHM Digital does not act autonomously on your behalf. No AI output from the platform automatically publishes content, contacts third parties, changes your subscription, or makes a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect for you. A human, either you or your team, always reviews AI generated suggestions before deciding whether to use them.

4. Model changes and provider drift

The underlying AI models are operated by third parties who can update, retrain, deprecate, or change the behavior of their systems at any time without notifying us in advance. When this happens, the wording, tone, or content of AI generated output inside RHM Digital may shift even though our own product code has not changed. We monitor for major provider changes but cannot control or guarantee the behavior of third-party AI systems.

5. Data sent to AI providers

Only the information necessary to run a measurement is sent to AI providers, typically your brand name, website, industry, competitor names, and the test prompt text. We do not send payment details, passwords, or full account credentials to any AI provider. See our Data Processing page for the full vendor list.

6. Questions

Questions about how we use AI can be sent to info@rhmdigital.com.
