Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses RHM Digital, and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use RHM Digital to:
- Submit prompts, brand names, or content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes a third party's rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls of the platform
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the platform without our written permission
- Interfere with the platform's availability for other customers, including through excessive automated requests
- Use the platform for any of the prohibited or high-risk AI use cases listed in our Responsible AI Policy
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data
2. Prohibited AI use cases
RHM Digital must not be used for recruitment or HR screening, credit scoring, medical diagnosis, legal or government decision-making, education grading, biometric identification, social scoring, or emotion recognition. See our Responsible AI Policy for the full list and reasoning.
3. Fair use of AI credits
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of workspaces, prompts, competitors, and AI model measurements. Automated or scripted attempts to exceed these limits, or to run measurements for a purpose unrelated to genuine brand visibility analysis, are not permitted.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action proportionate to the violation, including warning you, temporarily suspending access, or terminating your account, as described in our Terms of Service. Where required by law, we may also report illegal conduct to the relevant authorities.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe another user is violating this policy, or you have found a security issue, report it to info@rhmdigital.com or via our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
