Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you are and are not entitled to a refund for RHM Digital subscription fees, and supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen paid plan starts automatically and is billed to your payment method on file.

2. General rule: no pro-rated refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because you retain access to the platform for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation, amounts already paid are not refunded on a pro-rated basis, except where required by law.

3. When a refund may be available

  • You were charged due to a verified billing error on our part (for example, a duplicate charge)
  • The platform was unavailable due to an outage attributable to RHM Digital for more than 12 hours in a calendar month, as described in our Service Level Policy
  • A refund is required under mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you

4. How to request a refund

Send a request to info@rhmdigital.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Payment provider fees

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Mollie. Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
